From Leiders Inzicht to LS Insight

We are proud to announce that Leiders Inzicht will henceforth continue under the name LS Insight.

This name change reflects our growth from a national consulting practice to an organization with an increasingly international profile. Where our projects once primarily took place within the Netherlands, we now work with partners, clients, and colleagues across borders.
The new name aligns seamlessly with our three core areas: training & education, cultural due diligence, and change & interim management.

The abbreviation LS refers to our origins in leadership — Leadership & Strategy — while Insight articulates the essence of what we do: creating insight into behavior, culture, and direction.

What remains the same is our conviction: that true leadership begins with insight, and that sustainable change only occurs when people and organizations come into balance.

LS Insight starts pilot training for healthcare purchasing at Menzis

Leiders Inzicht has started a pilot training in collaboration with health insurer Menzis aimed at new healthcare purchasers. This training has been established from the need to prepare professionals more quickly and effectively for the profession, at a time when existing training and educational programs often fall short.

The pilot will explore what the right approach is to equip new healthcare purchasers with the necessary knowledge and skills in a short time. The experiences from this project will form the basis for further development and possible follow-up programs.
