6. LS Hub app (mobile application for employees)

Leiders Inzicht BV offers an internal mobile application, LS Hub, intended exclusively for its own employees and collaboration partners. The app is distributed privately via Apple Business Manager and is not publicly available. When using the app, we process the following data:

• Account data – the employee's name and email address, linked to their internal user account, for the purpose of authentication and access to the app;
• Location data (optional) – when an employee enables the mileage tracking feature, the app processes location data to automatically log business trips. Only the departure and arrival points of a trip are recorded for the purpose of calculating kilometres travelled; no full route or continuous movement is stored. This feature can run in the background, is disabled by default, and can be turned on or off by the employee at any time.

Data processed through the app is stored exclusively within Leiders Inzicht BV's own secured systems. It is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising purposes, and not used to track users across other apps or websites. Location data is processed solely on the basis of the employment or collaboration agreement (mileage administration) and by the employee's own activation of the feature.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure. This includes SSL encryption, restricted access, and secure storage.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@leidersinzicht.nl . We will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies
