THE PROBLEM
Why traditional training doesn't stick
Most leadership training focuses on techniques: speaking tips, negotiation models, feedback rules. But when pressure mounts — in a boardroom, at the negotiating table, during a crisis — everyone falls back on instinct. Cortisol takes over. The amygdala drives. And all those techniques evaporate.
The problem isn't a lack of knowledge. The problem is that the foundation has never been addressed: understanding how your own brain functions under pressure , and how you can redirect it. Without that foundation, every training is a band-aid on a structural problem.

How do freeze, fight and flight work? What does cortisol do to your decision-making? Participants learn to recognize their own patterns — not as theory, but as lived experience.
Practice
In pressure cooker sessions we practice with realistic scenarios. Not role play, but real tension. Our method makes patterns visible in real-time and provides immediate feedback.
Integration
Connecting calm and precision with persuasive power. Participants don't leave with a folder full of slides, but with a fundamentally different awareness of their own behavior under pressure.
